Premium Vs Lite Chocolate

Here at Dinfa, we offered 2 different type of chocolates, which one is called Premium and the other one we called it Lite. What are the differences?

For Premium Chocolates - we uses Couverture Chocolate (define as: a very high quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter (32-39%). The higher percentage of cocoa butter, combined with the processing, gives the chocolate more sheen, firmer "snap" when broken, and a creamy mellow flavor.)

For Lite Chocolates - we uses Compound Chocolate (define as: a less-expensive non-chocolate product replacement made from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat, and sweeteners.)

Most of the time, we will use compound chocolate to make the wedding/birthday door gifts, however for Chocolate Hantaran or Special occasion we will use couverture chocolate since it gives more fine and rich look of the chocolate.

So do check out with us whether your order are from Premium or Lite Chocolates.
